Our story
My family has grown a garden for as far back as I can remember. Some years smaller, some years larger, but it has always been a constant in our lives.
As my grandparents grew older, I began taking over more of the garden. That’s when I started to realize just how much food we were producing. We were growing far more than we could use—much of it going to our chickens and cattle, while the rest went to waste.
I came to a crossroads: grow less and take a step back, or go all in and grow with a purpose.
This year, I chose to go all in.
Now, instead of letting that extra food go to waste, I’m growing enough to share with the community. Everything I grow is produced the same way I’ve always grown for my own family—because my family is still eating from the same harvests that I sell.
That means simple, honest growing practices with no artificial fertilizers or pesticides.
This season, I’ll be offering a wide variety of produce, from potato artichokes brought over by my great grandparents from Malta, to Forono beets that I’m growing for the first time.
